Integration of emSphere with SAP using BAPI and .csv file

Emsphere has provided One Directional as well as Bi-Directional Integration facility with SAP system by using BAPI and  .CSV file. Emsphere Interface reads / fetch employee master data from SAP using BAPI API, process the attendance data in emsphere system and provide the final Payable day’s output to SAP.

Integration of emSphere with Success Factors

Emsphere has successfully integrated with Success Factors by using OData API . We have provided the Interface which fetches Employee Master data ( Add/ Update /Deactivate provision) from Success Factors through OData API . Also the same interface push the data to SAP for Payroll purpose .

Integration of emSphere with Oracle / Payroll / HRMS & any 3rd party ERP system

Emsphere provide One Directional as well as Bi-Directional Integration facility with Oracle / Payroll / HRMS system by using API , .CSV / .XLS or at DB Level.

One Directional Integration:- Employee master data from ERP, Oracle, HRMS system is fetched into emSphere software via an interface.

Importing Employee details Name, ID, etc, fields sync from HRMS to eMpower

Update of fields in HRMS results in updating fields in empower

Activation & Deactivation of employees sync is maintained

Data authenticity is maintained & redundancy is eliminated

Bi-Directional Integration:- Employee master data and Leave & Tour Data from ERP, SAP, Oracle, HRMS system is fetched into emSphere software via interface. Final Attendance data from eMpower software is again pushed into ERP / HRMS system

Importing Employee details Name, ID, etc, fields sync from HRMS to eMpower

Update of fields in HRMS results in updating fields in empower

Activation & Deactivation of employees sync is maintained

Data authenticity is maintained & redundancy is eliminated

Consolidated attendance summary attendance, leave & tour details is available to employee on one dashboard

Absent days implicate absent days & not leave or Tour days eliminating confusion in regularization applications

The sanctioned, cancelled & updated application sync is maintained between ERP / HRMS &emSphere software

Final attendance summary is sent to ERP / HRMS systems for payroll processing
